TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER

At Techwise, there is a Technical Assistance Center, staffed by a team of engineers specialized in inter-disciplinary problem-solving. Support services are designed to respond to incidents, and may optionally include the following services:

• Operations: approvals, cancelations and changes (minor configuration changes)
• Proactive monitoring
• Incident escalation for products and services supported by third parties such as ISPs, hardware manufacturers and software developers

Technical support may follow an implementation, with limited support to the solutions delivered. This service can also be provided regardless of the platform, and it may cover multiple technological components, such as LAN networks, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, firewalls, VPNs, operating systems, virtualization platforms, cloud environments, and other platforms; all under the same agreement and with the global vision of a single work team.
